    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Because we're a small business, shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination and will be the buyers responsibility to pay for. 
  • Delivery Times:
    • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please refer to the estimated delivery time provided at checkout for more details.
  • International Shipping:
    • For international orders, please be aware that delivery times may be longer due to customs processing and international shipping procedures.

Returns & Refunds
  • Return Period:
    • You may return your item within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@nomorepottytalk.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Condition of Items:
    • Returned items must be in new and unused condition. We will inspect all returned items upon receipt. If the item is found to be damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
